Customer Support Analyst

As a Customer Support Analyst you will provide support and help to our existing and potential customers. Our goal is to make our customers happy by solving their issues and giving them a good quality service. 



Your mission will consist of helping our software's users by investigating to provide them with the perfect answer to their questions. When a customer's request comes in, through ticketing, live chat, and phone calls, you will have to understand the functional issue and investigate. If needed, you will redirect customers to our Developers, depending on the types of requests.



Indeed, you will closely collaborate with internal teams such as Consultants, Sales, or Developers. In a nutshell, you will be the key point between the end-users and smei.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support to customers for Odoo Business Apps via phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues related to ERP software.
  • Build strong customer relationships and improve overall user experience.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of products, services, and documentation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software problems using available resources.
  • Create and maintain detailed support tickets for all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to report bugs and improvements.
  • Offer training and ongoing support to new users.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and software developments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Knowledge of business processes (financial, inventory, sales, purchase, etc.).
  • 1 year and above experiences in customer support for ERP software.
  • Strong communication, customer services and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Odoo ERP.
